Great atmosphere with delicious food and drinks! My favorites are the kale risotto and brown rice congee. The chai latte is awesome. They also have pastries and sweets that are both pretty and tasty. You can take your food to go to bring anywhere inside the library for a bite while you study. Even if it's packed inside, the food and drinks are all made to order so it's always worth the wait.

Good service and clean facility. There are two Lukes here..one located on the ground floor with a seperate entrance and the other inside the library on the second floor. Pricing is on the higher end for speciality drinks and/or fairly similar to starbucks. Although quality is good here. Their soft serve ice cream is good here too.

We enjoyed a great lunch, in a ultra modern atmosphere situated at the base of the new Central Calgary Library. The food was made to order and was super fresh and tasty. I enjoyed the Classic Sandwich. We also had a   cappuccino  which was very good. I highly recommend this establishment.

Mega trendy little hipster joint just steps away from the Calgary Public Library.  Great coffee, not too many choices for lunch sandwiches, but the few choices are delicious and fairly generic so it’s easy to find something for everyone. Just wish there was a bit more seating because it fills up during the lunch rush!

Nice industrial vibe. The tomato soup is very yummy. The sandwich portions are huge and delicious. I find the donuts to be a tad sweet. Lattes are amazing. Excellent service every single time.

What else can i say but - WOW! What an unexpected gem in the New Central Library. I spent the day in the science fiction section... but I had no idea the food a few floors below would take me truly out of this world.  Ordered the beet salad - HUGE portion and the freshest preparation I can imagine is possible. These folks are running a true gourmet spot - anyone reviewing less than 5 stars is out of their mind.  The cappuccino was spectacular and balanced - I had two !!! What a great day.  Thank you LUKES!

Great coffee and friendly staff!  Very cool atmosphere and not too loud to sit down and enjoy a cup of java.  Plus being in the central library makes it a plus if you are planning to extend your stay.

Cozy and quiet spot to work/read/study and have some delicious coffee. I tried Dulce Latte and it was amazing. Would definitely come back againRecommended dishesDulce Latte

Amazing and patient staff. Always friendly with me, and the individuals I support. I wasn't in a good mood today, and a small chat with the staff and a good quality coffee cheered me up. I choose to go to this library on the days, that these great staff work. You should clone them!

Great little spot in the new library. Went at lunch and they were packed but my food still came out quick and looked fresh & fantastic!  Will definitely be returning for the weekend special Bahn Mi sandwich!!  Thank you!
