Lucy's Burgers

Place was near full, but not busy. Got a table right away. Service, particularly Ricky wad outstanding. Polite and fast. Food was quickly out. Burger and onion rings. The rings were the size of donuts. The burger was American Lucy. Overpriced for what you got. Not memorable in the taste category either. Ordered two beers and they were small pours. I knew that going in. 8oz pours at $8 per. Ouch. I didn't know that part. A hard pass going again for me.

Was excited that a new restaurant opened in our area, unfortunately had a bad experience. I would have tried it again, however, not very satisfied with the owners handling of the problems with our meal. Ordered adult hamburger and kids sliders. I was told that the meat used for their burgers comes from Hereford cattle. Never frozen, high quality beef. I was surprised that the patty was preformed which looked like the frozen patty's from Costco. Cold bun, no seasoning that I could tell in the beef. Burnt to a crisp and chewy bacon. Blue cheese splattered over the top. Not visually appetizing. I got 3 onion rings, priced at $2.00 for the up charge from fries. They were sizable, however, I could have rung out grease from the thick breading. My son indicated that his hamburger needed salt and pepper, he is 9 and tasted that the meat was not seasoned. His fries were a combination of dark brown burnt fries that had been sitting under a heat lamp for 3 hours and mildly fried cold in the center fries. I ate 1/4 of my burger and told the server of the issues with cold food, greasy onion rings. She asked if I would talk to the owner because since they are new they would like feedback. I said no, we had to go to my son's event, but 2 mins later, before she brought the check the owner came over. Basically, he was more interested in how to improve their food and bring in more customers than our experience. He offered me a chicken sandwich, but because we had to leave, I declined - I was also pretty turned off by our conversation on my meal. The owner is much more interested in boasting about the projected future growth of this company than satisfying customers of their first restaurant. I spent $16.00 on a cold, tasteless hamburger and greasy overpriced onion rings. If it was just the bad food I may have given them another try, however, experience with the owner just turned me off.

Excellent burger and onion rings! My friend and I split the dinner and it was plenty for both of us. Three large onion rings, and we had one left over. Very flavorful! I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be back. P.S.: Service was amazing.

We love coming here with the family! They have so many fun and great burgers. They always have new, special burgers and beers that are unique and so much fun to try like the blueberry beer and taco burger we are having tonight! We always have a great experience when we come here from the amazing food and drinks to the awesome wait staff! Highly recommend!
