Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros Bagels

Friendly staff and nice location. However I've been here about 15 - 20 times. Almost always for just coffee and a bagel. With confidence I can say they've messed up my order 90% of the time. I only keep going back because it's on my way out of town and im usually in a rush for a quick morning meal. If you like your bagel toasted, ask for it to be double or even triple toasted and maybe you'll get lucky and have it come out right.

Stopped by for breakfast just this morning. The place was busy and after ordering, my daughter and I sat down to wait. After several customers that had come in after us and had already recieved there orders, I asked to see the manager. She said she couldn't find the order. They made it quickly enough but i will not be going back at all. Customer service is a concept I saw only when they were taking my money.

I held off on this review figuring things would improve after they got up and running. It appears hopeless. Great location and a nice place to work but service at the register is sketchy. The people in the kitchen are always grumpy and take it out on your food. The food tends to be cold and sloppily prepared and I didn't think they could put less cream cheese on a bagel but today they approached micron levels. I'm afraid I'm done.

I just got home from the drive thru. Pretzel bites are supposed to be cooked I believe? They were ice cold in the middle. I asked for two sides of cream cheese with both bagels. One was correct. The other with no sides, and hardly any cream cheese on it. Very disappointed.

This was one of the worst caribou coffee I have been too. I go to caribou coffee regularly, never this one. I was here on October 3, 2017 @ 10 a.m. The bacon egg and cheese was cold, the cheese was not melted and they never gave me my change back. I gave the girl a $20.50, it was $10.50... so I should have gotten a $10 and never got it back. For the price of that sandwich was horrible. Do not go here for anything, they will keep your change and give you a nasty sandwich. Go to a different Caribou if you do. I am very mad at this caribou and will never be back to this one EVER!!!
