Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bros Bagels

Since when does anyone only grill one side of a grilled cheese? They offered a $1.00 sauce. That sandwich needed a lot of help, but usually don’t need dips for that meal. $8.00 rip off. Was dry and tasteless, uncut. .

I really don’t like to normally leave negative reviews, but this is a money thing. I simply want things correct because I admit I’m no millionaire but I still like to go to caribou if I have a little money. My issue is, they are nice most of the time, but for some reason you only get whip and drizzle on caramel high rises maybe one out of 5 times you go. And if you mention you want that while ordering they rudely correct you, claiming it comes with the drink. And still only about a 1/5 chance that they’ll do it. I had them remake a drink for me a minute ago and it was still wrong. Tasted like they took the wrong drink and just added one pump of caramel to it. Somethings wrong -it’s young inexperienced people being promoted to supervisor. That’s the issue. Someone who just interviews well is not a manager. Being a good manager is difficult in the way being a good doctor or accountant is. It’s not easy.

I just moved to the area and after my first 3 visits here i can easily say this is the best Caribou I’ve been to! I only use the drive-thru but it has been amazing every time. My large cold press with a half pump of caramel seems easy but all of my old Caribous messed it up every time.nThe service has been amazing, friendly quick and helpful. I’d say everyone should come here but I don’t want the lines to get too long lol!nKeep up the great work!

As a driver I find it appalling to be handed drinks that look like this only to have to deliver this to the customer. Why aren’t they sealing the drinks so the customers know its not tampered with? The fact that the staff thinks this is acceptable to hand to a delivery driver is questionable. If I was the direct customer this drink would be fine but no I’m expected to deliver this unsealed drink to the customer only so they can question if I did anything to it. I’m going to deliver it but I don’t like the perception this could have on the customer since once again the drinks not sealed.

Always come with my aunt when I'm in town. Feels more cozy than a chain, the people are all nice, and the coffee is, in my fiance's opinion i'm not a big coffee drinker, better than Starbucks.
