We bought a washing machine from them and they made everything really smooth and were willing to price match. On top of that delivery was timely. We did end up needing a replacement because our washing machine was having some issues. They received the replacement quickly and without any hassle redelivered. In my opinion they went above and beyond. They will be our go to in the future.

My wife, daughter, and I came to the store to look for refrigerators on Sunday afternoon. We spent quite a bit of time in the isles looking at various models. There were five employees in the department and not one of them approached us to ask if we had questions or needed help. Finally I went up to the desk where three of them were looking at a computer and waited for one of them to look at me. Told him we had some questions so he asked one of the other employees that I could hear talking about football with another employee to help us. This guy followed me back to the fridge we were interested in and we asked if they had one in stock. He just pointed to the price sticker kind of like duh this is a special order. It would take 5 to 7 days to get one. No offer to show us other models or help us out. We just left the store. Customer service was not good in that dept. We can spend our money elswhere.

The parking lot is full of snow, why don't they have it cleaned. It's messy. I like lowes so clean the parking lot!!!!!
