I am a contractor and everytime I go in here it’s a joke. The latest thing is we ordered a dryer, was supposed to get delivered and it never came. They went to the wrong address. We tell them that we will pick it up and they tell us it will be waiting at customer service. We go to customer service and they say that they never do that they are not allowed. After looking into it since it wasn’t delivered we didn’t get charged and it got put back. This isn’t the first time this had happened.

Edward and Betsy in the Lumber Department were very helpful in assisting me with getting 4 other employees to help me load a pallet of 2x6's in my truck in an amazingly timely fashion. They were very Friendly and should get big raises! Thanks for all your help everyone. Great Service!

Absolutely love shopping her.. till a Minton ago-- Loved, shopping here but now I take my money to Home Depot all because of this big huge guy (John Candy lookalike) in the gardening section. He is rude and obnoxious and it feels like he doesn't want to deal with the customers. I have spent 💯's of dollars on plants and so here but was so disappointed and disgusted by this guy, I decided to just spend by 💯's at Home Depot. They are wonderful there and o don't have to deal with cranky John Candy.
