Steve's Used Tires

Personally I always find it uncomfortable at garages where people are hanging out so I won't score them based on that. But I'm giving 3 stars because one of the tires I got there lasted less than a week, and put me in a dangerous situation. However when I went back to the shop they gave me a new one free of charge. I understand this can happen sometimes with used tires, but I wouldn't buy a tire from here again.

The mechanic on duty was very mad that he had to change my tire. He was working on a passenger van and I was the only customer there. A very pleasant woman helped my to find the tire size I needed and gave me advice on a better place to get car inspections. She was very courteous and nice. When the mechanic was still working on the van, the lady asked him to change my tire and he threw a fit. He cursed and muttered under his breath for the next 15 minutes. I heard him say the "f" word several times. When he was done, I asked if I was ready to go, he only nodded his head. It made me very uncomfortable to be such a nuisance to him. I will NEVER go back there again. I will go where my business is appreciated.

All the guys really take their time to look for the best options for your vehicle. The office woman is great with getting sizes you are looking for and matching sets. She is also very personable and always takes her time to find tires in your price range but won't sell you just anything to make the sale. They take you and your family's safety serious. Over all I would give them 10 stars if I could.
