Love this store and Joann in general!
The. Store has top grade merchant at sale price and coupons for additional priced savings . The staff members were helpful and pleasant.
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Not the workers fault at all but management. I bought a Singer sewing machine as a gift. When the person opened it the machine was damaged! I brought it back to the same store and was told that due to them having a problem with machines it’s the store policy not to exchange or return any that are opened! How can you know it’s damaged unless you open it. The manager said that I should try contacting Singer and see what they say. I find this totally unacceptable on a machine that was brought back the day after it was purchased. Will never shop there again and advise anyone thinking of a major purchase not to buy from any Joann’s
This is my personal candy store. Love going here for supplies and ideas! It’s hard to walk out without buying more than you intended too.
Staff here is great everytime I go in. Nice place and always has what i need!
