Lotus Fine Indian Cuisine

Had a staff luncheon there. The food was VERY good. The buffet is well-priced and was perfect for lunch. We also ordered off the menu and the food came out quickly. I would eat there again in a heart-beat.

We have been to Lotus Fine Indian Cuisine many times as it is just fabulous but last night...OMG it was the best ever. It has just a lovely atmosphere and our server was great...attentive but not pushy or in your face. We had mushroom mutter, coconut rice, naan, chicken tandoori and lamb korma...wow...what a combo of flavours. So very pleased to have this restaurant as one of our locals.

The best Indian restaurant in Calgary. The staff is attentive without being annoying, the atmosphere is fairly modern and clean, and the food is great. Their garlic naans are excellent, and their curries are really well made - as close as I have been able to get to a proper Indian curry, not the Canadianized stuff most places offer. This isn't the only good Indian place in Calgary, but great value. You can do the lunch buffet for under $15, and they don't skimp out with the meat. The portions don't look the biggest but I'm never able to finish a full bowl. Keep in mind, some of the dishes have some heat to them, so be prepared if you struggle with spicy food. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a good authentic Indian, and I haven't heard a single negative comment.

One of the best restaurants we have been too. Has quick service,very friendly helpers, has a variety of food and a peaceful atmosphere to eat. Overall I would recommend this to everyone to try

I simply love the Indian flavors at Lotus and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The service has always been very attentive.The restaurant looks very nice and clean. Try their butter chicken, garlic naan and beef madras. Definitely worth a trip for the food!!!!
