Visited Lordco for the first time, had a great experience. Met one of the parts team member named James who went above and beyond to help me with my problem. Wasn't expecting this good service at all. I will definitely be back for more.

Easy going staff, pretty knowledgeable too. Some of the guys there are really willing to go the extra mile to find rare items or maybe less common parts specific to your car. For example I was looking for a non standard spark plug for my car and the gentlemen helped me by looking through their huge catalog to find it.

Only when I became serious about what brand of products should be used for vehicles.... Lordco became my #1 parts store .. fast and friendly service too.

Helpful counterman and all the parts I came in for were in stock.

Good service Very helpfull

Good availability for pretty much everything, helpful staff, and this place is huge, and never crowded. Only downside is the in/out access ties in with McDonald's, and Home depot and seems to confuse people. Not the fault of the store though....
