Unfortunately my got hit & run on parking lot. Luckily found Raymond to handler my ICBC calm. He is really professional and friendly within a day he can arrange my car to fixed and provide me a rental . Since he knows I have a kid he found me a SUV . Next day my car got fixed and the job well done
I recently had some repairs done at Grandcity and I am extremely impressed with the work they did! Raymond, the owner, was fantastic to work with and he was very attentive throughout the entire process. He even selected a great rental for me that was tailored to my needs. The repairs were top-notch and you can tell that the team takes a lot of pride in their work to make sure everything is done to the highest standards. My car looks brand new now after they returned it to me. I highly recommend Grandcity to anyone looking for high-quality repairs and excellent customer service. Somehow when I having accident, someone introduces me to Grandcity. Once I have been here, the staffs are really welcome, their customer service is very good. The repairing is fast and the craftsmanship is nice, they also clean up and sanitize all the car, it is very well done. They also tell me that if the car have something wrong about this incident, I can come back anytime and they will take care of that. I am really appreciate for their excellent service and manner, hope that I will not come back again only if I need to.
It is so stressful and frustrated when your vehicle is being hit and run. I am so relieved and glad I chose Grandcity to help me repair my vehicle. The friendly and energetic office staff made me felt so comfortable in this stressful situation, their professional opinion guided me went through ICBC procedure step by step. I am so surprised they can provided such outstanding service in that busy environment, you cannot ask more. My vehicle looks brand new after repair, it is really amazing, it took me sometime to recall which area is being repaired, it is flawless, thank you thank you thank you. Also they cleaned and sanitized my vehicle before handed back to me, the detailing is beyond professional, and I cannot find single dog hair inside my vehicle, I really cannot believe it...did I mention I have two dogs always ride with me? I have used Grand City Auto Body probably 4 times before for auto repairs for various cars. I have had a very good experience with them and I kept on coming back because of this. But my latest experience with them would probably be my last. Our SUV had an accident in Sept. 2022 and we brought it to them for repairs and was partly done by the end of Sept. but we were informed that a part a brace was on backorder so we had to wait for it so we took the vehicle from the shop. It was until Dec. when we had to call them if the part was available so they can complete the job. We brought the car to the shop Dec. 19 and said they will finish on Dec.22. They did not finish the car and they gave us a loaner car. They then gave a date of Dec. 29 to finish it but again failed to do so. They said they were fully booked and suggested we pick up our unfinished vehicle again and bring it back on Jan. 16 for repair. it took them until Feb. 7, 2023 to complete the job. Even then, when we picked up the car, they forgot to install the original front grille and the wiring for the front light was not working. All in all in took them more than 4 months to complete the job. We were so disappointed with their service and lack of communication specially because their delay during the holiday season meant we did not have our vehicle when we needed it the most. Because of the terrible and stressful experience, I will not be using their services in the future. Their customer service has deteriorated.
I backed into a pole and damaged my rear bumper and a week later someone damaged my front bumper back in May. Raymond and Jackey and their staff have been super helpful during this period and very responsive through emails back and front. The initial fix date wasn’t until November to early January 2023 due to a parts shortage but both the front and back were fixed in early August after a two and a half week repair time. I also brought the car back due to a minor problem after the initial repairs and they manage to fix it within 10 minutes and order a replacement and didn’t question me. Overall, I highly recommend this place because of their professionalism and friendliness!
My Car got hit and run in the late June, and the stuff in Grand City are so nice and helpful, help me out with the ICBC claim and get my car fixed in just a month with the claim’s paper work done too. Stuffs speak both English and Cantonese, also Mandarin too. Very polite. It took just a week for my car’s paint job. Color match is very good, they also offer me a courtesy car to use. I am so happy that my car got fixed in just a short time :DServices: Body & Trim
The best body shop I have ever been to! I dealt with Raymond and Charlette. Absolutely top notch service. They are fast with the claim process, friendly, informative and the quality of work is second to none.
