Staff are extremely helpful, accommodating and very friendly. This hotel is a hidden little gem that’s pet friendly, clean and Quiet.nnThey welcome our dog and go out of their way to make our stay as positive as possible.nnBreakfast is hot ready in the morning which we appreciate as we head to work for the day.nnAll in all really enjoy our quiet nights here after a long day driving … only down side is in the winter parking for big trucks rigs is a challenge as field doesn’t get plowed and street parking is not recommended
I booked a room here for an employee and he would have been better off sleeping in his truck. He was woke up in the middle of the night with bed bugs crawling all over him. The motel offered to wash/sanitize all his clothes which he accepted, but then when he went to retrieve them in the morning they didn't dry them so all he has is wet clothes today as they took all his clothes but didnt put them in the dryer. A refund just doesn't cover it sometimes. Apparently he wasn't the only guest who claimed a bed bug problem.
Stayed here with my partner for two weeks while he worked. The staff here are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast they offer is actually quite good and they always have everything topped up so it is fresh. The location is directly right off the highway, and there isn’t much around unless you drive a few minutes to get what you may need. We stayed in two different rooms on our stay, the first was a king and it came with everything, but the second room we had a full sized bed and the sink and tub had draining issues. I don’t leave google reviews ever but this place deserves a bit of praise for the quality and price you’re paying. If I ever find myself in North Battleford again, I will be staying here!nnAlso a huge shout out to Moira I don’t know if that’s the correct spelling at the front desk who is very sweet and complimented me every single day. She was a highlight of my stay and I hope she goes far in life, only finds happiness and kindness wherever she may go.
The staff work very hard to make this hotel a great stay at the best price you will find throughout the Battleford area. I stay here long term while working in Battleford. My bed is always made, and my garbage is removed every day. They also clean the room every two or three days.
Pretty good place for a cheap price, I’m allergic to bed bugs and stayed for 2 night didn’t feel anything, stayed in room 410. Breakfast in the AM is a plus too, it’s good and free. Didn’t see no cockroach’s as the other reviews said, stay was alright. Everybody was really nice and had excellent customer service.
