Nice big room with fridge, microwave, coffee station, comfy beds, extra luggage stand, everything you expect in a N.Am hotel room. No lounge in hotel but nice complimentary breakfast seating area.nnCheck in staff very polite and welcoming and minor issue with breakfast service was resolved nicely.
The rooms were good Our shower walls however were not clean, the kids loved the pool & there was something for everyone at breakfast. We did overall though have not the best experience.nThe first night we got there with our kids they were excited as anything to go swim. So we sent them with our older friends kids to watch them in the pool, and instantly we got a call that they needed an adult to be there.. fair enough.. so we went down with the kids.nThen 5 minutes later we get another call that our kids are running down the hallway. They were sitting right in front of me.nThen around 11Pm, I get another call from the front desk that they were receiving noise complaints from our room. We weren’t in our room and our kids again, we’re with us. At the opposite end of the hotel.nThe day before arrival I had booked this hotel room 8 months in advance we were asked if we needed our room and if we could downgrade from our family suite to 2 beds. I kindly said no, we have 4 kids. Our friends also booked months in advance and showed up their kitchenette room not being under their name. They got that sorted however I believe this hotel has overbooked their rooms and they were trying to find reasons to kick us out of our room. We geese unnerved the entire weekend on what else we could do “wrong” during our family vacation.
Best of the best! Very good sized room, great view and absolutely loved the breakfast fast room! Coffee machine at the entrance made me feel so welcomed! .
Wonderful place, very clean, friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds.
Parking was good. Location good and easy access. Front staff were helpfull and efficient. Room was pretty average and showed some aging. Water was adequate and bathroom was good. Breakfast was very basic. Nothing to brag about..AC was good.
