Great experience. Stayed here earlier this fall to attend a family funeral. Rooms were great, spacious, clean and nice relaxing decor. The continental breakfast each morning was great, hot food options like hashbrowns, sausage, bacon and fresh pancakes! Also always had fresh fruit, Yogurts and pastries. It was always a nice start to the day. They had a big games room and common area where we could spend time with extended family. Staff was friendly and always present at the desk. 10/10. Will only be chosing to stay here from now on when visiting back home.
Caution in Room 216. Rain shower head fell off on top of me when I turned the shower on. My wife woke up in a panic because it sound like I had a heart attack and fell in the shower. Looks like the shower head was shoddily glued together from a previous breakage.nnThen I went down for breakfast and did the strange ritual of handing my breakfast coupon across the kitchen threshold to get a paper plate in exchange. Found out they use wooden utensils and had no other options. I didn’t feel like sand paper on my lips after already enduring a metal hammer to my skull, so I left without my free breakfast.nnUpdate 1: manager guy said there was no way it fell on its own because it had 2 inches of glue reinforcement. “you must have pulled on it.” He also kept repeating some BS about needing to “do a complete investigation” even though i handed them the broken shower head and showed them the pictures. The dismissive, accusatory and rude treatment by the manager guy made me mad. After I got mad at being blamed for their shoddy repair he finally advised the clerk to refund our room.nnTo add insult to injury when vacating our room we found lady’s underwear from a previous guest. They should focus less on posting rules about what you can or can’t do and focus more on basic cleaning and maintenance.nnUpdate 2: I improved my ranking from 2 to 3 because I finally got my room charge refund. 7 days after our stay, the room charges came off my credit card. I also attached the photos showing the broken shower head and various annoying signs posted everywhere.
Well what a treat! Nicest room the premiere suite. All the staff have been great! Bonus is the nescafe coffee by front desk and lemon water. The games room was well used by us with pool.. fooz ball arcade games and ping pong ect.n3 weddings there and they squeezed us in as a walk in.nAll the chairs are comfy in lobby breakfast nook and bedroom.nThey have had rough and tumble customers and I enjoyed the signage ..keep you feet off the tables and no jumping in the elevator.nMade me smile! They keep on top of things and cameras everywhere.nTravelodge is in a tough area and very glad we switched!
The staff at Comfort Inn was excellent. Game room is so much fun and the breakfast changing daily made our 3 week stay fantastic. The staff at this hotel work extremely hard to make sure you are comfortable so the name of the hotel isnt just a clever name....it suits the experience.
Stayed here for 6 weeks, while working in town from February to March 2024. Nice staff, free breakfast everymorning. Thank you
