Story

Whether you wish to enjoy a quiet drink in low light, or an evening of live entertainment with a variety of bands and all request DJ’s, you’ll be sure to find the atmosphere warm, friendly and accommodating. The sports fan will also be at home at the London Pub and Grill, with our 15 LCD televisions and several large screens showing all major sporting events. Our large patio, also equipped with a television and heated for cooler nights, is a most welcoming spot in the day time sun, or under the cover of night. With our huge selection of beer and wine, accompanied by our extensive array of premium scotches, vodkas, and the like, your fancy is assured satisfaction. Service is quite slow and unhelpful. When I asked for what craft and imported beers they had on tap, I was handed a menu, rather than the server just knowing the 3-5 beers off hand... A menu I had to wait another 5 minutes for, as well. Not trying to sound too pretentious, but I feel as though the one thing staff at a pub should know like the back of their hand are their brews. When I finally received the menu, the beers listed didn't even match up with their taps. I tried ordering 3 different beers on the menu, only to be told they didn't have them... On a Monday. When I eventually got bored with the karaoke and wanted to go home, it took me forever to flag the waitress down to pay. It almost felt like she was ignoring me... I maybe saw her twice the whole hour and a half hours I was there. Had she bothered to approach my table while my glass sat empty from my first and only pint for about 40 minutes, I would've probably ordered a second one, despite the limited and uninspiring selection.

Honestly I wouldn’t waste my money going here. Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered a Stella pitcher , and when it came out , it didn’t taste like Stella. It tasted like water down Stella, and my family and I drink that specific beer, quite often. When we expressed our concern, the waitress and the supervisor acted like we were stupid and we didn’t know what we were talking about. They kept telling us that is what Stella taste like , but our group knows what Stella taste like and all of us agreed that wasn’t good stella, it was tampered with. What annoyed me more was that they chose to do nothing about our concern and acted like were are stupid. If you want to be insulted and treated like your stupid then I recommend this place, but if you want a good service with good food and drinks take your money elsewhere. The manager on duty was absolute a jerk to us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We came out to a gaming event hosted here. When we sat down I asked for a glass of water with lemon. Turns out you cannot get a glass of water at this place. I was not told that and was left sitting for over half an hour with no drink. When I inquired about it I was told that I have to order a drink in order to get water. What?? Turns out they only serve bottled water BUT it costs 3.75$/bottle. So if I am paying for it, why do I need to order a beverage?! I understand if you subsidize the cost of bottled water through beverages, but that was not the case. Regardless this could have been communicated initially. Based on this experience alone I won't be visiting this place or recommending it to anyone.

I'm giving two stars (generously) because they got my order right. From the second I walked into the bar the waitress gave severe attitude. (Persian one). Instead of taking everyone's order at once she was taking them one at a time. Leaving and coming back everyone got their meals at various times. Firstly, most bars are now offering at no extra charge salad instead of french fries or fried food for health reasons. I am diabetic and can not have french fries as a side and I am forced to order salad with every meal. It also seemed like an issue when I asked for a pitcher of water... (rolling eyes back). I came with 2 friends tonight and coincidentially saw a few friends sitting at a completely separate table near us. They moved to separate table then in our "row". The tables were NEVER together. Yet the waitress added their stuff to our bill. Instead of even taking the time to ask if we were having different bills she automatically assumed we all came together (when in fact we didn't even walk in together). So 6 people sitting at a bar together ordering just beer....are you going to put the beer orders on one bill? No. Obviously not....unless the patron says to put the beers on one tab. We will never come back here again. The waitress has potential but she needs to have her attitude adjusted big time. We are bar hoppers and karaoke goers at various bars in the South part of Vaughan. This is the first negative review I have had to give. Took the waitress 45 minutes to sort out our bill as the other table didn't feel the waitress deserved a top based on her service.

They have live bands here and other entertainment. Food is good and served quick. A little difficult with the wheelchair accessibility but we managed to get in.
