London Drugs

This London Drugs location is good. Most of the time they have what you need and their staff is very attentive. Their pharmacy staff is kind and understanding and also their computer and music staff. It is rare to meet an unhappy employee and most of them have been there forever. The store is clean, well organized. They don’t get the 5 stars because sometimes their prices are not competitive or, even worst..their sale prices practices are misleading. Why they do this is beyond me..they don’t need to. We go back often and 9 out of 10 visits we leave with what we were looking for.

I paid for a TV - they charged my credit card and they "held" it in store. Went to pick it up and they told me they were out of stock. Completely unacceptable. Update: While not perfect, they ended up solving the problem. They found an extra TV they had from another store, which they then had shipped to them, and then offering me free shipping. They could not offer me any other form of compensation but I'm glad the headache is over and I was finally able to receive my TV.

where i go to get medical information about prescriptions, very knowledgeable. London drugs always seems to have sales on the want to haves!
