I’ve been running around all evening looking for specific advent calendars and the manager was able to confirm if any were available in town in a few minutes. He saved me so much time and hassle, which I’m very grateful for. London Drugs continues to have exceptional customer service, even minutes before closing on Black Friday and I hope that never changes.

I was in dealing with my passport photos which were rejected at CRA office. Al the manager or the department assisted and gave excellent customer service and assisted in correcting to be compliant. Another team member also assisted and retrieved the receipt from their system for CRA as a requirement. I will be back as a customer. Thank you to the London Drugs team.

I've always loved this LD store, they treat you like family. But today was exceptional. I saw online they had Avene sale going on which is one of the very few brands my toddler uses for his eczema. The cosmetics manager Teresa went above and beyond for my purchase, even if they didn't have the stock right there and then, she ensured I got my son's lotions from their warehouse and she had arranged to be delivered right to my home. She also gave such solid skincare advice I could use for my son, gave some samples for me to try for his flare-ups. Thank you so much for all your help. Definitely recommend!

I was looking for my first fragrance and Teressa helped me find exactly what I wanted. She helped me try on a few different fragrances and found out what I wanted, then she recommended me some colognes that were similar to the ones I liked. 5/5 stars, would recommend to anyone looking to buy a fragrance.

Great selection and helpful staff at London Drugs. I can usually find everything I need, from household items to electronics. The pharmacy service is also reliable. The only downside is that some items can be a bit pricey compared to other stores, but the convenience and quality make up for it.
