If I can give a 0 ratings for this store, I will. This is THE WORST shoppers I’ve ever come into. All staff at customer service are SO RUDE, NO SMILE, BOSSY AND MOODY, AND ACTS SO SASSY. There is only 1 person in this store who works at cosmetics that is the best person who shoppers has hired. Everyone else who works here is horrible!!!!!!nAs a young person who has SEVERE anxiety and autism, I’m NEVER stepping foot in this store EVER again.nnI wanted to buy 3 items as they were on sale and it was something I needed. When I came to check out, this lady scanned the items and I gave my phone to scan the PC optimum card. She scanned it 2x and told me “You need to call customer service, your card doesn’t work!!” So I gave the physical card and I asked her if she would try the card once again. Fair enough, my card worked. She then told me the total of my purchase and I asked if I can redeem my $10 points I have. This lady then turns around to look at me and says “You cannot redeem your points, you are only a collectors!!!!!” Then I said “Why can’t I redeem my points when I always come here and I can redeem it?” After, she gives me a sassy movement with her arms as if she’s the boss of the store “ OK LET ME EXPLAIN TO YOU! You are only collecting points and if you want to redeem points you have to go to your app to do so!!!!”nI asked if the system was changed, then she replies “I didn’t change the system, we don’t change the system here!!!” So then I told her “So then why can cosmetic easily redeem my points without having to go to the app, and you’re telling me I’m only a collector???”nThen this lady brought another person and she told her if she could explain to me that I wasn’t able to redeem points. When I mentioned “Do I have enough points, yes or no” she couldn’t tell me neither because she went on saying “Your just collecting points!!!” Then the brought the manager because both of these people didn’t care to redeem my points at all. When I was speaking to the manager, the First Lady comes to the other girl and starts whispering something and laughing while doing so.nnNever in my times coming to Shoppers Drug Mart at Market Mall, has this ever happened to me. It’s very logic that the store or a person working at shoppers won’t change a system, it’s a department and IT people who does it. If I was asking a very simple question with yes or no, it’s very easy to just reply YES OR NO!nnWhoever decided this persons fits for the job, FIRE THEM!!!!! They have the worst costumer service, 0 respect, and 0 ethic. If you want to hire someone, hire who is actually ready and willing for the job, who has respect for themselves and others, and will not treat costumers, especially elderly people like garbage and stupid!nnIf the manager, and the above person who overlooks the store does nothing about how their employees treats costumers, I’ll go to Better Business Bureau to complain about this, I’ll go to court to sue this company and I’ll go to the press to complain about this.nnWe are Canadians who should be respectful and understand to each other, not Americans who are a Karen with each other.

My car key battery is out. It is a hectic to find the right one, let alone opening the seemingly impossible to open box. The cashier at Shoppers helped me open it, find the right battery for me, and install it. He went out of his way to help me and really made my day the battery was dead for over a year. Highly recommended the place.

The cashier in the grocery dept of this Shopper's last night was terrible. He didn't know how to pack my groceries, charged me for an item that I did not purchase or receive and was very rude. I called the manager twice and left messages that were not returned leaving me with no recourse. I normally shop in Kensington but was at market Mall and needed a few items. Never again ..With unemployment rising I cannot understand how these people have a job!

Went into pick up Dyson airstrait the other day. Waited a long time due to the employee having hard time understand which model I wanted. I showed her a picture she came back with the wrong product. It was on sale for 14% off. I asked about the 20% off sale they had at the store. The “manger?” Confirmed that I would get the higher discount as shoppers system doesn’t allow more than one discount/ sale. Paid and left, check the receipt just in case. Got the lower discount went back in and returned it. Told them I would get the pink one with 20% off. Manager told me that they were all “sold out of the pink limited edition model”. Informed me that I was getting the best deal here and showed me her phone and list of shoppers showing “out of stock” went to Crossiron shoppers and pick pink one up for 20% off. I wish I didn’t waste 40+ mins waiting around for them to check the back multiples time for the wrong product and giving me a bad deal. Not very knowledgeable in their stocks and models but was very friendly.

Really disappointed by customer service at this location. The employees in beauty boutique are very unprofessional and rude and have no clue when you ask for help with merchandise especially fragrances. They have the perfume that I wanted but they were out of the sample. When I ask I need to smell and try it so I can see whether I like it or not and they say sorry we can’t do anything since the sample is out you can’t try. Went to nearby Sephora and purchased what I wanted after I tried the sample. Stay away from this location.
