Shoppers Drug Mart

I’ve never had any issues with this Shopper’s Drug Mart. The selection of products has improved immensely. The service is always fantastic. The Canada Post outlet I use often as well and always receive such great service.nThe only issue is the parking. Especially on Sunday, as there is a Church across the street that take all the parking of Shopper’s Drug Mark and the businesses within the strip mall. It’s terrible! I believe it’s the church’s responsibility to accommodate parking for their parishioners. I’m all for going to church, but these people should park where there are permitted.

I go here mostly for the pharmacy and it's always hit or miss. They've gotten my prescriptions wrong a lot of the time and I had to correct them. Some people will give me prices when I ask and some will say they can't, there's no way. There is just so much inconsistency. Unfortunately, I'm still stuck going here because they are the latest opened in my area. I have had a male worker argue with me about my requested amount because he didn't follow the directions that were given when I dropped it off and tried to just get me to comply instead of just doing what I asked.nnI will say there is a younger guy that works there and he is remarkable. He's very sharp, clear, concise, and personable. I know when I get him, my stuff will be right.nnHonestly, if you don't have to go here, then don't. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 for the kid because he really is great at his job.

Bratty, orange haired girl at the front kept arguing with me about why there’s no staff in the store at all except for her, and I told her that there should be more staff on the floor and she kept arguing with me all the way out the door instead of helping the customer in front of her. He just stood there and watched the whole thing. She could have apologized for the lack of staff, but instead, she just kept arguing with me and telling me off.nI won’t be back to Shoppers in the future. I’ll go down to North Hill Mall.nThey never have staff available to help and whenever you ask them for help, they act like they’re being bothered like they don’t want to help you, but they have to because it’s their job. If you don’t have decent people customer service skills go to a job or you don’t have to talk to customers directly. Go to stock in the back don’t work front till.nManager also sending my calls to voicemail..

Great, solid spot. Rasha , the pharmacist, knows her stuff and actually takes the time to help, which is rare these days. Berna, the assistant, is friendly and keeps things running smooth. No fuss, no hassle—just good service. If you need a pharmacy that doesn’t make life harder, this is the place.nnI would highly recommend this location for there great service.

I go here all the time. Lovely lady at the till always, but pharmacist has an unpleasant demeanour. Yesterday, I was being stalked by your security guard. I don’t need to dress well for shoppers, trying not to make other assumptions. Not just here, almost every shoppers, this happens and needs to stop. I’m going to make a video compilation and reveal how they make customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. STOP FOLLOWING PEOPLE.
