Shoppers Drug Mart

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. Normally an amazing experience but today I dealt with a phamasist who could not control the volume of her voice. I swear half the store heard the advice on my medication and I don't need to tell you the need for discretion. Isn't 'keep your voice down' pharmacy 101?

I arrived at this post office before 8 pm on April 12, 2024 and it's still open please check CCTV. Suddenly, a staff a man, mid 40's, south Asian I guess in that post office told me that the post office is closed and he didn't want to help me at all even though I already told him that I only need to send 1 document and I told him that I arrived before the post office was closed, but he didn't want to hear me at all. Finally I went to another post office inside London Drugs, Beddington, and it only took me no more than 2 minutes to finish the process. Imagine that if the guys in Shopper's Post Office helped me, he just need to spend 2 more minutes, instead of I have to spend much more gas to move to London Drugs. That guy was really not helpfull, and kind of lazy staff. Shoppers need to re-educate their staff again to be more meaningful, helpful, and friendly.

The beautiful gal at the front desk was so helpful and courteous, I even got a free makeup bag! They had everything I needed too, unlike the shoppers close to my house. Very happy we stopped in.

I went there for a dry caugh medicine, and they just offered me one syrup when my doctor mentioned something else. The beauty part is nice and large to select what you want. They are open from 8 a.m. before work, and that is awesome. You have to do your own checking out. I wanted to pay cash, but the only person in front ignored me and kept talking on her phone. She didn't even point at the self check out station. I will only go there because of their hours.

Today I visited Shoppers Drug Mart beauty boutique at Thorncliffe. The representative was very rude from the beginning. The way she acted and answered me when I was asking questions was very rude. At last I asked her how much is the charge for the bag she said no charge so I asked can I have one more and she taunted me just for an extra bag she could have told me there is a charge for the bag and I could pay her but no my overall experience in that shoppers was very bad I would not recommend anyone to go there because the staff is very rude. They must have seen lots of shoplifters but they should respect the customers who are genuine and buying genuine stuff. I should have seen their rating in google before going there this store has the lowest rating and now I know the reason why. I will never go to this store again.
