I was diagnosed with pneumonia and had my prescription for Tylenol and codeine (to help with fever and coughing) sent to Lolo drug hours before closing time. When I came to pick up my prescription I was informed that the prescription had not been sent, so I called the doctor's office and told them. The doctor told me that the prescription was, in fact, faxed over, but he faxed it again regardless. I came back to Lolo drug an hour or so later and was told again that the prescription was not sent over. I called the doctor's office again, this time after hours, and spoke to the on-call doctor who was not very happy with the situation stating "the prescription has been faxed over twice, and he can see confirmation that it was RECEIVED by the pharmacy, it is at the pharmacy." He faxed it a THIRD time. I returned to Lolo drug, very distraught at this point, only to find that "Ross" had closed and locked the doors 10 minutes before closing time. Desperate, and very sick, I knocked on the door to get his attention. He came out and I asked about my prescription. He said yes I have it here but I'm going to go home early so I'll fill it for you tomorrow. I told him I'm very sick and I need this prescription that was sent over THREE SEPARATE TIMES and was told to come back in the morning. I had to suffer ALL NIGHT because of the a** Hole pharmacist. He had HOURS to fill this prescription. He simply didn't want to fill it because he was profiling. He didn't want to fill a codeine script because of my "age" (I am a 21 year old adult and had a legit script and diagnoses of pneumonia). He also refused to accept my pharmacy discount card. This pharmacist does not care about his customers, he has no sympathy or compassion and is a profiling liar. I avoid this pharmacy at all costs and if at all possible. I refuse to bring them anymore business. The only good thing about this pharmacy is the receptionist. She is very nice and I enjoy talking with her. I feel sorry that she has to work at that place. Heed my advice, STAY AWAY if possible, you will not receive the best care here, you will be better off somewhere else with a pharmacist who cares about you and will go out of their way to make sure you don't get screwed over and avoid being profiled.

You will feel like you've stepped back in time upon entering Lolo Drug. They treat you like a "real" person, and get to know all of their customer's by name after only a few visits. All of their employee's offer exceptional customer service and send out a Christmas card to my home each year!

Wonderful employees, but OTC's are way overpriced. Example: generic Allegra around $10 for 12 pills. If you have insurance and live in Lolo it's a great place to have your prescriptions filled, but for your OTC needs I'd head to Missoula and the big box stores for the steep discounts you can get.
