Missoula Fresh Market Reserve Pharmacy

After having the pharmacy staff twice misread the specific dosages to my medications, once in July and again on September 28, 2017, and me then tactfully expressing relative dissatisfaction, said staff shifted into overt rudeness, rather then offering anything resembling reasonable apology. They did, in essence, attempt to blame my provider, who I know for a fact accurately listed all aspects of my medication dosages, etc.when transmitting my personal medication information to the Fresh Market on Broadway pharmacy. And it looks as though even the billing element to my insurance is out of whack, as in, said staff may well have over billed my insurer when "correcting" their own mistake(s). It's pretty disturbing, as I see it. Very likely going to change to another local pharmacy- once Fresh Market gets this latest snafu cleared up. One way or the other, I do intend to relate all of this to my provider, and my insurer, as well.
