Wow are they accomidating! I called on a Sunday morning hoping to find someone who had flowers, but the florist wasn't there. HOWEVER, the nice lady who answered the phone went through describing the arrangements to me and had the one I chose delivered!!!! ON A SUNDAY! I am so thrilled! I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to surprize my friend since I am in Nevada, but sure enough I found a place super accomidating! I have never had such great customer service! THANK YOU ROSAUERS!!
