Paws and Pamper

Elizabeth did a wonderful job taking care of my 3 year old Aussie. She removed several matted areas of fur, brushed his teeth, gave him a bath and trimmed his fur. I could tell Liz understands how fur is specific to the breed, and trimmed around function and hygiene. Feather came home very happy after his spa day and looks great! Paws and Pamper is impressive in quality of work, facility, and economy. I would recommend this business to any dog owner.

Paws and Pamper is the biggest pet scam in Missoula. Read companies brochure. Doesn't make sense. Poor grammar and writing skills. The owner is non functional. Non communicative. Argumentative. Belligerent. Read the reviews. My dog was mistreated and abused. Owner spends more time arguing with clients. Her own dogs are out of control and untrained and a poor example. Pick up a brochure and read it. Owner can't even communicate in English. Shouts at her own dogs abusively. Verbal mental disorder here. Owner fixated on my dogs anus. Shaved it down to the skin. Never going back again. Use a professional that is not fixated on anal gland expressing. Pet Smart, Go Fetch, Pet Co. etc. I am never letting this place abuse my dogs again. Won't be in business much longer....over priced for Missoula. 0 star.

I've known Elizabeth for years and when I got my puppy all most two years ago she was the only person I was going to let take care of my puppy's grooming. She always has great advise and information on the care of my dog. She just pet sat for me and did a amazing job. She went above and beyond what was asked of her and was expected, she even made sure my cat was okay the whole time even thou she wasn't asked to. My puppy was happy the whole time I was gone. Elizabeth even sent pictures of my puppy playing and never minded when I called to check in on how things were going. I couldn't of asked for a better pet sitter for my pets. I will recommend her to everyone I know for grooming and pet sitting.
