Lollipop Drop Shoppe

As the other review states, just avoid. It has been a headache dealing with this company, and I am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau. The photography community I am a part of has been talking about how the customer service here has gone downhill and I have to agree. It's sad that one of the few Canadian backdrop stores couldn't care less about their customers. I will no longer be giving them my money, and will buy from the US and risk custom fees for better quality, service, and faster delivery! They have clearly become overwhelmed with business and have resorted to being rude and making excuses instead of offering apologies and being polite.

Avoid. Product still hasn't shipped after 2 months. WhenI inquired, I get the run around.. will ship, then when it doesn't there's been errors and they needed to reprint. They use every excuse to avoid refunds and cancelation. Shop elsewhere and avoid headaches

Great product and service! I had a backdrop come to me that had some damage and they responded right away and had a new one sent to me ASAP! Very happy with my First purchase!!!!
