We sell new and used musical equipment, including locally made guitars and other accessories. We also provide setups and repairs, consignment, rental, and private lessons with some of the best teachers in Durham Region.

Dan the owner is very very helpful and a great guy he's definitely there to serve his community. I highly recommend doing business with them never had any issues always a great deal always a big smile from Dan, I can't say enough about that store and Dan.

Hands on music is a hidden gem! Always cool stuff packed away in there, and always great prices. Great fast service and nice staff. Totally recommended for a visit.

Was advised by a friend to look at this shop. Needed my Gibson Les Paul set up. Dan was great to deal with, good advise on what was needed, and had it done in within hours. He did such a good job, I gave him my Seaagull acustic to setup and re-string. If my Seagull plays as well as my Les Paul, after setup, I will be more than happy. Friendly and great service at this shop. I will be doing more business there. Dr. F (Kelly) Sheppard.
