The doctors here are great! The downside is the staff & customer service. They never can take your phone call & by the time you leave a message, they don't end up calling you back until late at night. They will schedule an appointment without first confirming with you, excepting you to call back to confirm the time slot/date they booked you in for is okay... yet they never answer the phone. So again, you have to leave a voicemail for them to call you back, only to hear back from them later that evening. The staff also do not confirm that your phone #, address, etc. is still valid/correct each time you visit. This is return, made me show up for a schedule appointment, only to learn that the Doctor I was supposed to see was on vacation.... the staff informed me that they tried to call my phone # on file, but the # was no longer in service.... they do send appointment email confirmations, so I'M NOT SURE WHY THEY COULDN'T EMAIL ME THAT THE APPT. WAS CANCELLED. I would not recommend this place of business due to the lack of professionalism with the staff & customer service. I will never be going back here...

My mom used to follow up here, the doctor was knowledgeable and polite as well as very keen on my mom's medical issues. The diabetic educators they have are friendly and great at explaining and giving patients one to one advice with great knowledge and easy explanations! The whole clinic is well organized and up to date with all that is new! Going here I felt my mom was getting the best treatment she could have! Thank you!❤️ Just to clarify, my mom is still with the LMC team but at a different location 😍

So far so good. This clinic allows self referral & that's unheard of these days practically every where.

Very polite, friendly and patient staff. Everyone. Receptionist, medical assistant and physician. Highly unusual experience for busy medical practice.
