Employees lack ambition. Company policy says no deluxe hot'n ready pizza before 5pm; yet customers ask for anything but pepperoni so often the staff has bunker mentality.  An ambitious staff would just make the fancier pies and tell corporate they were doing as they were told, pocketing the difference as a tip.  One wonders if this is a crypt of promotion system?
