Ali Baba Pizza Nanaimo

Service is good... mostly. Portions are getting smaller and prices have gone up. I previously gave this place praise with a 5 star rating. I go here very frequently and really enjoy the serving size... however the one I got today was literally half of what I was use to. It was a tiiiiny slice. I literally went and got a Tim Hortons sandwich after so I wasn't hungry the rest of the afternoon and spent double on lunch compared to what I normally would have. Plus, one of the newer guys in there isn't really that friendly... I felt like an inconvenience once or twice going in there. Overall, a once happy and loyal customer turning into a customer looking for other quick lunch options :(

I used to love their pizza but after they got pork on my vegetarian pizza I don't think I'll be ordering from here again. Manager wouldn't give my money back after I asked, just a replacement pizza (and they asked for the contaminated one back). I highly advise anyone who is vegetarian, hindu, halal, or kosher to stay away from this place. I don't eat meat for religious reasons and this was really very upsetting for me.

Ali Baba's pizza is by far one of the best I have tried in Nanaimo. Great taste for a great price. Plus the people are very nice to deal with. Delivery is fast, and the pizza comes in hot. You just gained yourself a new regular customer.
