We've ordered multiple times online... there are ALWAYS issues with my order. Either they've given away my order and I have to wait for the food to be prepared, again. Also, they don't seem to care when they mess up.Food: 3/5
Food is consistent and hot at this location. Takes a little longer than other Little Ceasars locations. Most take about 15 minutes for 1 pizza and Crazy Bread combo, this one is at least 20 minutes. But they have a Pizza Portal, which makes ordering and picking up much easier. They also have reserved Pizza Portal parking if you're just running in. Staff is friendly. Parking lot is weird and a cramped. You can't really see it from Harlem, but there is a sign.
It's a quick place to grab a cheap pizza but imo still the best out of all the fast pizza places Food: 5/5
Check your food before you leave. Everytime I order it is never correct. Why charge for extra toppings if you can't even add them..... Too many times
It's a little Caesars, know what you're getting and set expectations accordingly. Their stuffed crust is surprisingly good. Parking: Right outside the door, little strip mall.
The hot and ready is never hot never has enough sauce but I guess what do you expect myself by a frozen pizzaFood: 1/5
Not worth your money here! If I could give them ZERO stars I would!! The kids working in there seem miserable- unhappy, not handling the food appropriately. Touching every damn surface with bare hands, their phones/car keys then touching pizza and bread without gloves. Definitely not coming back to this place. What a joke!
Terriblly understocked on Hot N Ready any time I go in to this store. . What's the point of Hot N READY....if the store Has nothing Hot nor READY when You want it?? Plus the counter person couldn't even me a time when one would've READY. But, what's the point in Waiting....When! The! Should! Have! Some! READY!!! Useless and terrible store

Store was supposed to be open at 10:30 but staff arrived late. 5 customers including myself were waiting for almost 20 minutes until then placed a sign on the door they would open later in an hour.
