This Culver’s is similar to all the others. The staff was friendly, my order was correct and the bathrooms were clean. Located just north of the HIP Harlem and Irving Park Mall. Burgers are good and their concrete mixers are always delicious!
Got the fish and it was decent. Onion rings were good. And the fries were what I expected. Also... they didn't go crazy over the tartar sauce on the fish sandwich. The fish also was the length of the bun which I appreciated. Gonna go back for a burger next.Food: 3/5
The burgers at this Culver's were amazing. My girlfriend and I enjoyed a relaxing time at Culver’s. I cannot express how pleased I have been with the service above and beyond that Culver's has provided. Items are always delivered fresh and timely. The customer service aspect is always presented with a smile and gratitude. Keep up the amazing work!
Our shake was super thin which would have been fine I guess except there was probably an ounce of syrup just sitting at the bottom of the cup. Way too much syrup and not properly mixed
I haven't been to a Culver's in years. I was impressed with the cashier's friendliness, willingness to answer questions, and her recommendations. We shared a double cheeseburger, large fry and a peach milkshake. The milkshake was vanilla with peach chunks, impossible to drink with a straw because it was too thick and the peach chunks. Used a spoon instead.
I can't believe it, how many chances we have given this place to get it right. But no more I will never go there again. You check the bag count the container's and figure things are there, till you get home and open up containers and relies everything thing is ice cold, the burgers are plain nothing on them , when you order double bacon cheese burgers with the works and you get plain cheese burgers plain. Good bye Culver's you won't get my money again!
Culver's is a wonderful restaurant. Their burgers are awesome and the fries are great too. Food is always made well. Fresh and delicious served by the nicest people! The staff is excellent. They always make sure that you are satisfied with the food and service. Thank You Culver's for your own quality standards. I highly recommend it. It has now become my favorite restaurant to eat at.
Unfriendly service. Charged me extra for no reason. I didn’t see the hot fudge in the sundae, but the person in the drive thru confirmed it was in there under the whipped cream. Ok. Drive away, park and start eating. NO HOT FUDGE. i drive back and walk inside. Manager makes me a new one. Great. But i expected more. It tasted good. Pecans were on point. Next time I might just go next door for friendly service at chic fil A.
These burgers are great, but I saw the manager yelling at one of the employees in front of everyone, very unprofessionalFood: 5/5
They gave a very nice place to dine in. The food & service were each marvelous.
