I ordered a medium spinach and mushroom pizza and it was awful. I would have liked more toppings and the pizza was greasy. I was really surprised because I’ve received better pizza from here before. :-
Very good employees work here. Highly polite and regarded. Caring about customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend this place. Really tasty pizza also.
Both this location and the one on harlem nearby denied me a delivery after I paid online. They said there was no record of my order. Over 20$ down the drain and their management didn't when try to help resolve the issue.
I love this location & have been ordering from here for over 5 years. Pizzas are always made the way I ordered. Delivered hot & fresh all the time. Whether I order delivery or go to the store for carryout the customer service is always on point. The staff is friendly & well trained. Kudos to the management. This review may be long overdue, but the compliments were always given each time I ordered online or the app. Keep up the great work!
Gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0. Manager that was on staff 1/3/2022 at 5pm was extremely rude. She has absolutely no customer service charisma. She sounded middle-aged and like she was completely done with her job. If that's the case, get a new job. There was a hair in our pizza and when we called to inform them, they made it seem like it was our fault and then hung up on us. Absolutely disgusting

Been ordering mainly from this location for many years now and the Pizza especially nowadays is absolutely delicious! Even the bread bites from this location are absolutely top notch. Delivery drivers are great too!
I had ordered for curbside pickup, and I arrived at 455pm but didn't get my pizza until 514pm. Yet the 2 min timer started once I had clicked 'Im here'. I had called at 508pm to let them know that I'm still waiting for the pizza. All they told me was that the will be right there.
I love this location. They always make my pizza so good and deliver with a smile. Today my pizza was made for me sooner than my expected time. Great service. Great crew. Thank you guys. Never disappoints.
