They said sausage gravy on home fries. So I tried it, it wasn't good... it was great.. Everything wonderful again... Thanks again. Never disappoints.. Breakfast was good. The waitress suggestion of deep fried hash browns was on point.. Bathroom was clean.. Very friendly staff... Thank you. Another visit, another success. Extremely busy but owner still made time to say hello. Food was great.
If you are going to visit Jamestown New York for any reason the best breakfast and lunch in town is located in this historic downtown eatery. It's like going into a time machine to the 1950s to an authentic small town diner. Prices won't hurt your wallet and the owner Patty who used to be a server here serves up great food with her staff with an extra heaping of smiles. Make sure you come early as they open at 7:00 and close at 1:00. Call them to confirm times.. I'm from New Jersey and this place is better than a New Jersey diner... And they have everything except the Taylor pork roll.
Crowded old-school downtown diner the checks off all the boxes... great, very friendly staff, amazing food and lots of it at a reasonable price. The house-made spicy Italian sausage seems to be offered with just about every dish. I opted for the sausage and cheese omelet. Wow! Next time might have to try the "Joe G. Program." Ask your waitress.
Clean and well lit. Bathroom was small, but usable. Food was what you might expect. Service was friendly and accommodating of my request for hot water to make my own herb tea. A quick stop when you need a place to chat while you eat.Food: 3/5

The food was excellent and portioned just right! Our waitress was wonderful…she was there when we needed things bud didn’t hover. Would highly suggest to friends and family.

Really nice little diner! Strong hot coffee with frequent refills. Italian-inspired diner meals - hot sausage on whatever you want, maybe a pepperoni and cheese omlette. I had a really tasty chicken pastina soup that had egg stirred in for extra richness. My mom had a spinach and cheese omlette that was the perfect size for a light breakfast, with nice fresh spinach and a good amount of cheese. We were really happy with our meal. I want to give this restaurant five stars all the way around, but my phone will not let me! Food was great service was great etc restaurant was clean you have accessible.
