I liked their roast beef sandwich and pancake for breakfast. Also, their value meal is enough to fill you up. Sometimes, service gets slow. I find their food a bit pricey ;-
I went in and asked for a large coffee to go. I was charged for a large coffee. I was given a medium. I was polite when I pointed out that I was given a medium instead of a large. The lady was rude and walked away. I am not going to yell and scream over this but I will post a review over it.
They messed up my order giving me regular fries instead of loaded ones. Not a big deal. I called and they were so nice and receptive, and they gave me a gift card that more than made up for any inconvenience. Not only is their food great, they really care about the customer and making sure that you are satisfied!
Service and food were great! Freshly made biscuits and banana bread were delicious.
Really good food at a fair price. Our waitress, Taylor, was outstanding and had a wonderful personality to match. The restaurant and its bathrooms were very clean. If this review was helpful, please "like" it.
The food took a little while to get to our table, but it was absolutely worth the wait. I've never been disappointed at this restaurant. Excellent service!
We've always visited Bob Evans fairly often for business lunches mostly with great experiences. My past two takeout visits were very disappointing. I hope they can turn things around with their customer service. Food was great as always though, so that's why I gave them three stars.
