I absolutely love this place, definitely a place you need to take your time in though. They have great deals on brand name items, although some of the things are broken, open or damaged. You definitely have to allot yourself some time to rummage through this place. My friend and I found Great deals on a couple of pairs of vans and Doc Martens for my daughter. A couple of the pairs were cute but seemed like they had been worn before and not just to try them on if you know what I mean. The first floor of this place is house wares, stationery, toys,food etc and the basement level is all clothing and shoes and I believe baby gear. This is truly a gem can't wait to visit other locations

Found a dining chair online that I really wanted - but I needed two. I called the warehouse location as indicated under the item online. Carol was super helpful! She went above and beyond to locate another chair at the store for me. She arranged to have both chairs at the warehouse for me to pick-up. Thanks for the great customer service. I drove from the GTA for pick-up and it was speedy and customer service was great - not found around my location!

My partner tried to shop there today and was shouted down because apparently her purse needed to be left at the counter? We've shopped here for years, without issue and have spent a lot of money at this store. Apparently my partner can't be trusted however we are supposed to trust them with her purse containing her keys, wallet and credit cards, medication and documents with personal information. Horrible policy that isn't enforced for everyone as she has been allowed in with her purse many times before. Since the store is unwilling to trust us, we will take our business to other establishments that don't brand every single customer a potential thief.

Prices on stuff is good for most part. However, I do not understand the fact that the building is not handicap accessible. No ramp for front entrance and no elevator between floors. Also 1 bathroom on lower level. The fact that you have to carry anything you want to buy from lower level to upper level, because no cashiers downstairs, it ridiculous

Its a crazy place, but a definite must visit when in Orillia. Great place to find a discount on literally anything. A wide variety of clothes and shoes for the whole family is downstairs. Upstairs is furniture, electronics, home goods, and toys.
