Sears Orillia

Just called there to get a price on a washer and dryer. The lady on the phone was so rude. I will not be purchasing anything from Sears ever. I hope her next job does not include customer service.

While the staff in the store seem to be helpful and personable, in the end the overall experience has been terrible. I purchased a laundry pair and needed them stacked. The lady who assisted us forgot to add the stacking kit with the order so we had to purchase it separately which further caused the delivery of the stacking kit to be a day late. Once washer and dryer were delivered and I received the stacking kit, I found out they ordered me the wrong stacking kit. This was November 22, 2016. I brought my receipts back into the store, they confirmed it was the wrong one and now i've been waiting since November 22 for the right stacking kit. Still don't have my laundry pair hooked up since they need to be stacked. I was told over the phone because no one was paying for the stacking kit (for my trouble), that Sears wasn't rushing the stacking kit and that they only rush orders for paying customers. Since when am I not a paying customer?

The most knowledgeable staff and friendly service out of all this Sears in Ontario. I buy all my household furniture and appliances from there. Briony is the best! She'll even let you test out the beds. LOL Jk Paul runs the store right! no sleazy employees here.

Both times I went to this store I was ignored. I went straight to Sleep Country and gave them my business.
