Incredibly RUDE and ignorant staff. Please boycott this place and run them out of town so a nice business can run and actually contribute to our community and not rob people by overpricing. .

Horrible experience that left me crying. I walked in and went to look at the washers and was asked what I needed in an annoyed voice. I said "I want to look at the washers to make sure they are big enough for my blanket" all I got was "they are big enough". she wouldn't even let me look. So I go to my car and grab my blanket and sure enough, all the regular ones are small. The woman comes and yells at me "over here!" I said, those look too small but I guess I can try" and I start attempting to put my blanket in but I get yelled at again. "No! This one. $10!" She points to a massive machine. I say "$10?!" And she mumbled something about me being stupid and walked away. I am still in shock. She's a mean woman and doesn't deserve another cent from our community. Please, go anywhere but here!

I need to use the big machines to wash my quits as this is why I came to the laundry mat. It was $10 a load, seems high to me. The staff were very rude, I put my 2 quilts and one small blanket in one of the extra large dryers (which only filled the machine half way) and put the machine on for 50 minutes. The stuff accuass me of doing the laundry wrong and kept telling me if your clothes get to hot they will catch on fire, I sat and waited with my clothes for the 50 minutes checking every 15 minutes as they kept telling me if it gets to hot it will catch on fire. I finally left with my damp quilts. I will not be returning.

Expensive. Washers are $1.25 a load. Dryers are $0.25 for 3 minutes. Staff are very rude. Reported a dryer wasn't working properly and they accused me of drying my clothes wrong. Would not come back. Would not recommend them either.
