Deluxe Dry Cleaners

This is the most terrible customer service experience I've ever had with dry cleaners. I dropped off my suits that I urgently needed for the next day, the lady promised me 10:00 AM, $4.85/suit (ironing only). When I returned the next morning to pick them up, they were not ready and were not going to be until 4:00 PM! I was completely disappointed, the girl blamed the lady and said she was new and that she should've never promised me 10:00 AM. She said I could complain to the Manager. When I called the Manager, he was a total jerk and asked me if I had it in writing what the first lady had told me! He said I should be careful next time. He was arrogant, rude, and not a single word of apology or understanding. Instead, he blamed me for not reading the signs but trusting his staff instead!
