They have done my Canada Goose twice. Both times my coat came back in great shape! They even got nail polish off my coat!!! They're in the SuperStore across the street now, though!

I dropped off two Canada Goose jackets on June 22, and picked them up on July 5. I noticed that one or my jackets was damaged. The fur on the hood was out of shape. They were very nice to say they will send back and see what they can do. After few days I was told they will try to soften the skin part of the fur. Then few days later, I was told they will replace the fur for me. Since that time, my waiting began. I call them every week for updates. They keep telling me that ' don't worry, the owner has your jacket, it's just not here yet'. After ONE AND HALF MONTH, in August, I told them I need to leave Canada in September, I need my jacket back before Sep 1. On August 18, I finally receive the call from them told me that my jacket is ready to pick up. I went to the store immediately. I was disappointed and up set. They did NOTHING to my jacket EXCEPT put a HOLE on it. However, I didn't get angry with the cashier, cause I knew she can do nothing. I asked she to tell the owner to contact me since she refuse to give me his number. I will update after he contact me.

Unfortunately my experience with Koolex Kleaners was a poor one. I had opted to try this facility as it is close to home and the reviews posted online were not too scary (though one Yelp user did note the incredibly high prices).
I dropped off seven items, mostly silk, as I prefer to invest in quality pieces and to have them well taken care of. The girl I left the items with (Renee) was very pleasant, but I noticed there was no subtotal on the “receipt” she handed me, nor were any prices posted inside their facility. I chose the longest option available, 7 days, in order to make the items more affordable.
Upon returning to pick up my items I was told that the only two light coloured items I had left were returned “not cleanable” and had many stains on the front. This was concerning, as I don’t recall them being stained pieces to begin with. Upon examining the items, they were indeed marked. The woman assisting me (Donna) recommended we send the items back as they were not cleaned properly, which I agreed to. I had expected not to be charged for items that were not cleaned (as the service was not performed) but I was told that I had to pay the invoice in full in order to receive my other items back. When I said I was not comfortable paying for items that were still being serviced I was told that if I wanted to complain I could call the manager who worked offsite at the facility, Joe. As I needed my items to wear to work, I paid for my $130 outrageous bill, and left upset.
When I got home I saw that Koolex chose to attach my silk skirt and pants with safety pins to their wire hangers, thus leaving the items marked. While I have yet to return to Koolex to pick up my light items (though at this point I’m not expecting much) or speak with Joe, I felt I should write a review to warn others of the lack of service (the items were not cleaned), lack of customer relations (I was charged for items that I have not yet received and that were not cleaned) and exorbitant prices ($28 plus tax to clean a dress). Please, if you’re reading this, go elsewhere.
