Great customer service. Lower prices for wedding dress dry cleaning then anywhere else I had called.. and even told me I could wash my dress myself in the machine! Saved myself a whole bunch of money. They have your best interest in mind! Thank you!!

I made the mistake of taking a brand new suit to these guys. It was custom tailored and fit perfectly. When I picked it up, it had clearly been washed - it had shrunk terribly and no longer fit. You could also see the ripples from the shrinking around the stitching. They denied it and there was nothing I could do - the new suit was garbage.

I had my suit dry cleaned at this place. Staff was friendly and did a good job getting a stain out of the leg of my pants. Prices were reasonable and comparable to what I've paid at other places. Parking is available, but it's pretty limited. Seems like many of the parking spots may be taken up by staff or adjoining businesses?. I'd recommend this place to my friends.

This review is LONG overdue. They helped me last year with some last minute dry cleaning and helped remove some grease on my shirt while I waited. The cleaning was timely and excellent. On top of the excellent work, all of the staff was friendly and professional. They run a great business and won't disappoint. Thanks, guys!

Great place. Never had an issue until today. Can you update your new hours here on google. Are you open Monday morning I’d love to have my uniform for the Remembrance Day service at 1000.

I'm not the type of person to write a negative review since most businesses will sort out a problem if you deal face-to-face. However with Ship Shape they took no accountability when I confronted them in person about small rips in my pants, exactly where a stain was. For the sake of full disclosure, there was a olive oil stain about the size of a dime on my otherwise good-conditioned pants before I had them dry-cleaned. When I brought this issue to the manager's Kathy attention she would deflect any accountability - she blamed the manufacturer of my pants, she blamed me for perhaps trying to wipe the stain before taking it in, she tried to point out non-existent other spots on the pants where rips may exist they didn't. If there was ever a class on "deflecting blame 101" she could be a teacher; despite me telling her that my pants were 6-7 months old she was insistent that I try to take them back to the store I purchased them at instead of making any attempt to remedy the situation or realizing that perhaps the action of removing the stain in the exact spot of the rips caused the rips. All in all I hope that through some karmic lesson that this review causes this store to lose a little more than the $128 I spent to replace the pants. Maybe Kathy will see that deflecting all blame is not the best choice for a business and a little accountability goes a long way. PS - through this experience I've learned that Ship Shape serves a number of smaller dry cleaners. In my example, Mic Mac Tailors at Mic Mac Mall actually has their dry cleaning done by Ship Shape, so now when searching for an alternative to Ship Shape I'll have to ask each shop where they outsource.

I have been taking my dry cleaning to Ship Shape for years. They are always friendly and very efficient. If they can't clean it, nobody can. But they can handle just about any dry cleaning or laundry problem you can bring them.

I take my uniform and suits there several times per year. The service is always prompt, the staff are friendly and very efficient.
