I've been with LinnCo for, in excess of, 15 years and have never ever had an issue with anything! They've been Kind, friendly & incredibly helpful in our times of need! EXCEPTIONAL service!

Although my time was short as I paid my loan off early my experience with Linn- Co was absolutely amazing I loved the service I got, I can't express enough how happy I was with them, every person I dealt with treated me with the up most respect I never felt like I got the run around or anything like that when I called to ask questions. I will definitely be doing business with you guys again. Thanks for being the best lender I have ever dealt with

So..I was so happy with my experience there. Very nice people. I paid off my loan early and thought i would like to do some additional business with them... until the following month when they started charging me a $5 service charge on my $25.00 savings account. VERY DISAPPOINTED and have to have a written note to close the account. The home loan will go to some one else as soon as i can get around after knee surgery. They made it right by waiving the fee but I closed the account. You must have other accounts to avoid the fee

I cannot log in. It keeps sending me a code then saying there's trouble on their end. I need a 10 day payoff . Now it's saying my email address is invalid. I am sure happy I am leaving this junk of a bank with horrible customer service. Who leaves a person on hold for 20 minutes without music? I called them, they told me there's an issue with their site, but they'll be happy to take my payment with a $25 fee. So they are incompetent and thieves. I asked for a manager they hung up on me. I spoke to Michelle. Stay away from her.

They are incompetent at best. I have two auto loans through them. Their on line payment system never works for some reason. They will charge a 25 dollar fee for a phone payment when their online system is broken. Then when you make a payment over the phone for both vehicles they will apply both payments to one vehicle only. I understand this was a mistake and mistakes happen, but when I spoke to them to get it straightened out and was confident they had done so, I was wrong. The accounts still reflect the error which now makes it look like I didn't make a payment for two months. Never again. With these people.

My husband currently has a loan through them for his ATV. For the last 2 years hes paid on it and it's only applied towards interest. Then his payment never says it went through when his bank statement clearly states otherwise. Always recieving delinquent notices AND you can NEVER get ahold of these people. It's a very shady place. Avoid it at all costs.

The staff here are slow , and they do not communicate with each other like they should. Knowbody seems to know what they are doing. My overall experience was displeasing.

I have nothing but great things to say about Linn-Co Credit Union & especially Tia & Carrie at the Albany branch. Every time I have worked with the Linn-Co team they have made everything super easy & have went above & beyond to help with any questions I've had. Will ALWAYS reach out to Linn-Co first for all of my loan needs.

Decide to call Linn Co for a loan since I already have an account there. I called the Albany branch to get a secured loan with collateral. Talked with Laura who was extremely short. Barely got my name and phone number. I had my husband call in to agree to run credit. Didn’t hear back. I called back myself at the end of the day and she had submitted my application for a loan without any updated info. She used my previous fininacing info from over a year ago?! And submitted for a loan I didn’t even agree to the terms or anything. I was shocked. Called the call center so I could be transfer to a manager at the bank and get it straighten out and the lady at the call center I believe her name was Rebecca was so rude! Told me if I was dealing with Laura I should just wait for a phone call back. Hmm no, Laura isn’t doing her job, could you atleast do yours and just transfer me!!! Ugh hate horrible customer service and this bank had it for sure! Turned around and went with maps credit union who was wonderful to work with and great customer service the whole way!

I would never bank here. We are members of two other credit unions neither have locations in the area. Stopped by to get change for a $20 and they refused to break it. Unbelievable how poor there customer service is. I’m blown away.
