I think there a great company friendly Staff. There only flaw i think they could be open 5 days a week . Not just four

This is a terrible payee place they can hold your checks if u don't go too them when your told they deny your request for money if you don't provide every single receipt if you fail too get back too them they hold your money they are a big joke it took them 1 year befor I got medical back DO NOT GO HERE FOR A PAYEE THEY ARE THE BIGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER GONE TOO

Met with them previous to them receiving my first disability check so they would understand severity of my disabling condition.. Failed to send me ANY MONEY 3 OF THE 8 WEEKS WE WERE SUPPOSEDLY WORKING TOGETHER. Ignored my requests for money for winter robe (in Iowa?), failed to provide me enough weekly money for food, meds , prescribed vitamins, help cleaning apt. Refusals led to physical illness which exacerbated pain syndrome after which I became suicidal. Social Security helped me end arrangement though not soon enough for my liking.

I am very upset today with Area Payee. My son apparently had a food stamp review due in November, which had been sent out in October. Area Payee decided it would be better if they handled all this for our son. But once again, they failed to submit the form, at all. I took our son to DHS this morning where he filled out what he could. I think this shows gross negligence in this service. Since he is now without the extra aide he so desperately requires, I do not think the fee that is charged for providing this service should be Area Payee's.. It should be returned for each month he is without food stamps. Apparently consequences are necessary. Shameful. Supposed to be working for our son and other clients....shameful.

They're not very professional. They rob their clients blind and that's a shame. I'm not a client of theirs but I know a lot of people that are their clients. Shame on you people. Just remember this God does NOT like ugly and what you're doing is EXTREMELY ugly AF.
