I have worked on 4 different loans now with Shelly and Melva at Linn-Co Federal Credit Union and could not be more pleased. On each occasion they have been extremely professional and helpful above and beyond what I expect from any other financial institution. Their rates are hands down the best rates around and they make it very painless to utilize your credit. I would HIGHLY recommend them and continue to use them for our financing needs.

Went in to open an account. Women at front desk could not answer questions on what I would need to do that. She walked to manager 4 times when we couldn't figure out something. The manager said I could NOT open an acount with mail options I had. And NEVER attempted to come talk to me even though other women was stuggling. I called the branch and they informed I could in fact use other papers to verify. Very disipointed with manager and will not be going back with proper papers to open an account.

Shari our loan officer was so nice and helpful. Got our auto loan approved and check in hand very quickly. Best rates too.
