I came into the office deciding to try some lip fillers! NP Isis had the most gentle touch I have experience in the Med spas! And I have had my fair share of fillers before nothing like this experience! I honestly loved it. They are very professional, clean, and knowledgeable. I loved my lips! The staff was amazing they helped us out with a lot of things! They were really nice! Definitely coming back to this Med spa!
We came to Light Touch Med Spa my wife and I , we both did Botox, the staff are awesome, Very helpful and very knowledgeable, they guided us to download couple coupons that saved us over $120 on top of their excellent prices compared to several other places in the area. Jackie did the Botox for us, she is the best and really both of us didn't feel any pain nor the injection , we had Botox several times before but this is by far was the best experience ever. Jackie is very knowledgeable and helpful, gave us all the information we need to know before and after the Botox treatment. She is the best! The experience was great service from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend LightTouch Med Spa. It was really easy Process and excellent experience.
First time getting lip fillers a few weeks ago. I wanted to wait to see the final results before writing a review. The facility was beautiful and the staff were all friendly. I saw, Melina, for my service and she was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and those were the results I got! She was very personable and made my first time very easy. I usually do not take the time to write a review however, I know it's important to share when you find the right person you can trust and they deliver exactly the results you were looking for. I highly recommend Melina!!!! She knows her stuff..... she is very personable, takes the time to understand what you are looking for and explains how she will achieve these results. Not to mention she has a very soft hand and has her own technique that works great. I absolutely love my results and felt 0 discomfort. I can't wait to go back.... I am brand new to the area and a friend of mine recommended Melina. She was wonderful. Took the time to listen to my concerns, very professional and very pleasant. She did exactly what I asked her to do with a gentle touch. Results were exactly what I was looking to achieve. I already made another appointment with her for some fillers. I highly recommend Melina at Light Touch Med Spa. I have been getting fillers and BOTOX for several years now I would say she hands down has been the best I've ever dealt with.
I highly recommend LightTouch Med Spa. Since my first visit, I only have compliments. The staff is amazing, so friendly and cordial, with high quality customer service. The establishment is so beautiful, clean and they do have the best treatment options for everyone. I just love my girl Isis, she is extremely knowledgeable, considerate, and has the hands of an angel, a true miracle worker. They go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience; and the results have always exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier.
I was treated by Melina on Saturday and had an amazing experience. She was kind and caring. She listened to my experiences with my previous Med Spa in Columbus Ohio and provided valuable information about her approach and treatment plan. Angela B, APRN-C, has done an AMAZING job on my lips! Not only did she welcome me in with such a friendly, warming approach, she made me feel comfortable during this whole process! Angela asked me what type of lips I wanted to achieve, She gave examples, photos and gave recommendations on what I showed and explained to her - which a previous injector I went to DID NOT DO at all!!! She did exactly what I told her I wanted, - not only corrected the asymmetrical smile I had from a bad accident last year, but gave me the lips and smile I ALWAYS WANTED!! I cried in tears when she handed me the mirror. Angela made me feel and look beautiful for the first time in a long time. I felt as if I gained my confidence back. 10/10 book with Angela. She is very knowledgeable in her practice, very sweet and very kind!Service: Lip fillers
I have started laser hair removal treatments with Mishelle and it has been such a positive experience. I felt very comfortable with her and she did a great job of explaining the process and what to expect. The very brief moments of discomfort are totally worth it! The pricing is extremely reasonable far less expensive than Ideal Image! and the facility is clean and comfortable. Excellent first impression, front desk staff was so nice and welcoming, the NP Melina was very knowledgeable. I was offered treatments that would benefit me and my needs but was not pushed into anything. I felt very comfortable with the consultation. I was also offer to sign up with Allergen that made me even more comfortable. I definitely will be going back again for my treatment.thank you for a wonderful experience.Service: BOTOX treatments
