Anna Nails Spa

I almost didn’t go because of some of the negative reviews on here but I’m glad I went anyways! The lady doing my nails did take a little while to get to me however once she started she was very gentile and thorough with my nails. The shape and length turned out amazing and she made sure the acrylic was thin and natural looking. I’ve been to quite a few nail salons around town and I was very impressed with the work! Full set plus shellac for only $40 with that quality is a steal. Very impressed!

I have been coming here for years but the prices have gone way up, $42 for shellac and regular polish on toes is steep. I dont mind the $2 covid charge but with tip this is almost $50! I don't even want to know the price of a pedicure now! Unfortunately I have made an appointment with another salon that is a little more affordable! It was great while it lasted but I won't be back!

Very nice but I said not to sand my nails as their already thin and she said it was okay but now my nails sensitive and some are in pain. I went for shellac manicure and feels very thin but she put three coats on?? UPDATE: Hasn't even been a week and my nails are chipping with the shellec I'm very upset and sad that my nails are breaking will never go back here plz save the hassle and don't go here!!!! Not worth it. And again very upset with her for not listening to me when I said no drill.

EDIT - beware of a few things here; #1. they don't always apply top coat to your toes so that's why a lot of people complain about chipping, I had to ask for top coat to be applied. #2. They do have tend to cut/burn you with the sanding tool thing, they will also make it seem like you're over reacting when you tell them its burning. #3. They are getting more expensive, every service has gone up at least $5 recently. #4. Only use cash here they get annoyed with debit and then suggest the ATM next door that charges $2.50 plus whatever your bank charges and they say it's to "save the tax". Over all they do a relatively decent job, they have gotten nicer and the place is clean and the price isn't too bad yet. The women here are rude, not only was i cut multiple times I could tell the manicurist was annoyed and practically threw my hands at me and told me to put them under the lights! The shellac never lasts either probably because my nails are filed until hot and the shellac is always buffed off instead of soaked. The prices are decent but be prepared to go back to have your nails fixed at least once. My shellac has not lasted the 14 days yet, I barely get a week!!

Horrible experience over all. I was told one price of $45 for a full nail set at the beginning of my appointment, and at check out I was told it would be an extra $20 plus a tip if I wanted to leave one because of the shape of nail I chose to have done. I was never told there would be an extra charge when I asked for that shape of nail, and so there shouldn’t be!! I wouldn’t have gotten that shape if I knew it was an extra charge. To boot, my nail broke within 1 hour of leaving the shop, and I was told it would be $5 to fix it. Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while! Don’t waste your money.

They did a good job with the nails, but they lack in customer service. I called ahead and asked for a manicure and pedicure, when I came in I told them I needed a manicure and pedicure, but that I had bio gel on my nails that had to be filled. Once the bio gel was done, I asked when they would cut the cuticles? The manicurist said I should have asked first before she even started. I told her I asked for a manicure before she even started. And you could see that I needed my cuticles cut. Once she started the manicure she kept saying "next time you tell me first that you need a manicure." I said, ok. And then she repeated it again about 3 more times. I don't need to be treated like a child and be told what I need to do over and over again. Also, shouldn't the manicurist have known that the cuticles needed to be cut? or upsell the manicure? I was so annoyed! They are about 8-10 dollars more than the usual place I go to in Milton, and they have a loyalty program if you plan on going here. Not sure if I will return, I don't like to be annoyed when I have so little time to myself.

Came here to get a mani pedi. The place was clean and the people were nice, prices were not bad either. However after leaving I noticed my toes were very streaky and could have used another coat, they've now chipped and it's been only 3 days. I've never had a toe nail polish chip off ever, not only that but the day after I noticed my big toe was sore and red, so they must have cut too deep on the cuticle. Now for the nails, I got shellac and again didn't realize until I left, but they had all these weird denty bubbles in them on every single nail, and looked like the top coat wasn't applied to the entire nail. The shellac was also over my skin causing it to come up at the sides. Looked ok from far away but it definitely isn't going to last long, not that I really want it to anyway.

I came in for my routine eyebrow wax .The process itself seemed A LOT more painful than usual. Turns out I now have a cut bellow my left brow while the top of my right was left bushy and very messy. The next day i came back asking to fix my eyebrows. The staff looked at each other, fully seeing my cut and the half ass job this girl attempted the day before and began to speak in their language. A few minutes later the lady tells me to take a seat. I ask how long approximately and they all just continued exchanging looks without saying a word so i said that's fine and walked out. 3 years of coming here and that is the last time i walk into this door. P.S. they make rude comments when they see you pull out a debit card by saying "ooo debit again?" Even though I pay 15$ every time for an 8$ eyebrow wax . Do NOT spend your hard earned money here. Many salons out there with much higher levels of customer service and friendly staff.
