Triangle Physiotherapy Square One

I'm not sure how this place received a 4.8 rating. I went in for my massage and the massage therapist started out by being 15 minutes late for the appointment. The front desk staff didn’t hesitate to charge my insurance company for a 45 minute massage at the start even though he hadn't arrived. The massage was hard to describe. It possibly was the worst I've ever experienced. I will not be returning to this place again.

I took physiotherapy sessions twice with Kris for my back & knee and he was great! He's very patient and knowledgeable. He did a pretty thorough assessment of my injury to come up with my treatment plan. He's super friendly and made me feel very comfortable during sessions, I really enjoyed our conversations! The exercises he prescribed helped with my recovery and build strength. I'm glad to have found a good physiotherapist. Very friendly front desk, always greets you with a smile. Scheduling appointments was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for physiotherapy.

Nothing but good things to say about the Triangle Physiotherapy team at Square One. I had injured my back in late July. From the very beginning, the front desk staff were able to accommodate me on short notice for my initial physio assessment. They were always pleasant and I was able to book my next appointment before I left each visit. I like that the clinic’s hours extend into the evening and appreciated having the option to book my appointments after work. My physiotherapist, Matthew, was great. He is very knowledgeable and good at what he does – I always felt I was making progress after each appointment and he really pushed me each visit with new/harder exercises without overdoing it. He is on-task and mindful of the time, but we were still able to chat casually and I never felt our appointments were rushed. He is a really nice guy and I enjoyed our conversations. I really felt the personal touch and effort put into my treatment. You can tell they have a great team and they keep everything running smoothly. Highly recommend them for all your physio needs and will be returning if I ever need their services again in the future!

I've had a few physiotherapy sessions since the start of this year with Kris, and he is incredible! He always makes you feel comfortable and knows what he is doing, he is very knowledgeable and super friendly, and I always love our chats. He's helped me through consultation, recovery and made sure I was comfortable and fit to move on to post-recovery as well! The front staff and overall everyone there is super friendly. Easy direct billing, and appointment bookings as well. Highly recommend booking here for all your physio needs!

Triangle Physiotherapy is definitely a professional and welcome place for anyone who is experiencing any kind of body pain. They are always nice and ready to help you with the best they can. My physiotherapist, Suganda, is absolutely professional and offers an incredibly effective treatment. I experienced upper back pain for more than 5 years already, and my situation is way better just by coming here for few times.

Been coming here 5 times already for my chronic abdominal and back pain, the physiotherapist first did a full body examination upon first arrival, and we have been doing some treatment and exercise. And I believe some progress has been made since my pain and soreness are slowly relieving! The staff are super welcoming and the equipments are all sanitized.

Jigi is one of the best physiotherapists I have ever come across. I first got my mother treated by her and since she is more than satisfied with her approach, I believe she has become our family physiotherapist because she is now my physiotherapist as well. Such a thorough professional, with a calm and friendly personality. You attend her session once and you actually want to work with her to achieve your health related goals. Highly recommended!!! Keep doing what you’re doing Jigi. Rock on!

Sugandha is the best physiotherapist I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot. She is very attentive to my needs and recognizes very well what I need at any point. She’s very good at asking questions, determining where my pain is coming from and finding ways to tackle it. To top it all off, she is really nice and sweet and makes the whole physiotherapy experience a comfortable one. She knows how to help me relax but also pushes me to challenge my limits of course within reason. She constantly helps me grow by giving me harder exercises as she finds me improving. She also helped me notice problems I’ve never seen before and recommended ways to help. Finally, the one-on-one experience that you get at this place is amazing. During your appointment, you are your physiotherapist’s only priority and this isn’t always the case at other places. All in all, I am very happy with my experience at Triangle Physiotherapy with my physiotherapist, Sugandha!

Had Joseph as my physio therapist. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to help me through my elbow tendinopathy, which has been effecting me for a very long time. Within just a few sessions I was able to gain back most of my lost strength and get my self back to climbing at full power.

Dr.Sugandha is a great doctor! She’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. She takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was kind and friendly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a specialist. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance.
