Giving 4 stars to this location for their efficient service. Despite it being VERY busy each time I have come here, the staff works very quickly. This location has like 10 stalls for blood extraction. I think they would need a bigger location to be able to accommodate the amount of ppl that come here. The line up goes outside of the venue.
This facility is located in a heart of Mississauga. We are already struggling with overpopulation here. This location needs bigger waiting area. There is never enough place to sit and there are many senior citizens that come here in the mornings. People many times are forced to wait outside. Waiting area is not bigger than 100 ft². Please look into expanding in size especially this location.
I went to the lab on June 21, 2024. It is very busy and the staff are doing their best. I just noticed that the needles they use are kept out there unattended in the sample collection area. I cannot imagine that a needle that will go into my body is reachable by everyone sitting in that area. This is neither right nor safe. I declined the sample collection and I will go to another branch that takes more stringent safety measures.
I came in for bw/urine/ECG and I did not have an appointment at 1600 and they happily accommodated me, along with the 1615 rush. They were efficient, very pleasant we all appreciate a hard working crew*. Keep up the great work!
It used to be a good place to go. I have been getting blood test there for 3 years, even after I moved somewhere further. However today is my last time coming here. At least one of the nurse doesn’t really care her responsibility. After the blood test, the nurse told me she forgot one tube and asked if she can give me another needle for the tube. I refused. Then she asked me if the blood can be shared in the test. I agreed. I don’t know if this will affect the result. However I don’t want to get another needle just because of her careless in work. I can tolerant if your skill is not good, but this is totally a mistake that shouldn’t happen. Not recommended here anymore just because of her.
