Booked an appointment week ago, went there half and hour early, waited an hour, still nothing. Needed up leaving because I took half day off from work.nEven tho on the door it says to let the staff know if you have an appointment, but that doesn’t matter you would have to wait in line like everybody else and typical waiting is more than an hour.nI understand it’s busy but then don’t give option to public to “book an appointment”
Lots of easy parking available. Staff was very kind and patient. Was seen within a reasonable time of my appointment. Ana drew my blood and she was very sweet and gentle. Thank you
These guys are the WORST, so nonchalant and greatly lacking empathy.so I got there around 3pm ish and they made us stay on a queue, about 5-7 minutes to 4pm they asked us to leave after waiting that long. I had to go to Dynacare,now these ones as early as 45mins to closing they let you know if you'll be attended to that day or not.nSpot the difference??? RESPECT for other people's time. I wish they'd be sensible enough to copy this strategy.
I visited Lifelabs Meadowvale today. The lady at reception was very rude. They don’t know how to greet the people, zero customer service. I didn’t even wanted to stay there after seeing her behaviour. It is about our health, if they are treating the patients like that at reception then imagine how they’ll be doing at the actual blood test and results afterwards.nI left and visited Dynacare heartland, the staff was amazing and they were very caring during all the services.
I normally go to the credit valley location however I was in a time crunch and needed to get blood work completed asap. An appointment popped up for this location so I took it. Boy I should have just walked into the credit valley location. This place is dirty, the bathroom smells like stale urine, there is one particular employee that is so incredibly rude. No smile, not welcoming and just very bossy. My blood work was also sent to a doctor that I have never heard of. I have no clue how you mess this up but I will now have to fix this issue. Do not go here!
