The staff at Dynacare are friendly and professional, which made my visit pleasant. I did a web check-in and arrived when it was my turn. They called me in right away, and the job was done within 15 minutes. However, there was a bit of a delay at the beginning. Even though I had emailed my requisition and got a confirmation that they received it, it still took them about 5 minutes to sort it out when I arrived. Other than that, everything went smoothly.nnJust a heads up—parking is limited and comes with a fee of about $2-3 for 30 minutes. Overall, a good experience, but be prepared for the parking situation.
I've always a great experience here. I have been here numerous times over the years. This time was no different. I had the please of dealing with Diana. I thought she was one of the managers as she was handling many tasks with ease. She would be an awesome candidate for management.nnThe only suggestion would be to change that horrible hand dryer in the restroom. Try the Xlerator Hand Dryer...the current model that is installed takes an inordinate amount of time to dry your hands which causes a lineup outside.
I recently had a blood test, and Suzanne was by far the best nurse I've ever encountered. She was not only incredibly professional and skilled but also kind, caring, and attentive throughout the entire process. Her warmth and genuine compassion made the experience feel more like a loved one was caring for me rather than just a routine test. Suzanne balanced professionalism with such a personal touch that I felt completely at ease. If you’re lucky enough to have Suzanne as your nurse, you’re in great hands!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, particularly one woman wearing a hijab. Speaking to customers disrespectfully doesn’t elevate you in any way. The staff at this location clearly needs more training in customer service. If my family is paying for these tests, there’s no reason for them to be treated poorly. It’s not like it’s coming out of the staff's own pockets. I’ve been visiting this location for a long time, and every time the experience is terrible.
Very unprofessionalnI am diabetic and went for fasting blood work this morning. They asked me to come after 100 minutes. Waited in my car and then went there. And my name is not on the list. Asked receptionist, she send me back to look my name on the monitor. I had to wait just to ask what's progress as my name is not on the list. They looked and it hasn't been processed yet after 120 minutes and very casually asked to wait againnHow can they be so casual??nMy name is not in the list of waiting for 47 minutes or sonI took my requisition from there and drove to another lab but it closed 5 minutes before I reachednI would highly not recommend 2000 Dynacare labnThey were boasting that they take 500 ppl in 6 hoursnWith this service they should close it
