We had such a great experience in this fabulous place. We order two sandwiches plus a dessert. The service was friendly and relatively fast although they were quite busy. The food was excellent and yummy the bread of the sandwiches was fresh and made by themselves which was phenomenal and delicious and the sandwich was absolutely tasty. We tried also a cappuccino and a n ice cream as well and it was awesome I highly recommend Lido to all restaurant lovers especially Italian food enthusiasts to come across this cozy cafe. we will definitely come back .

Absolutely wonderful experience from A to Z. I’m so happy to have come across this place. The service and hospitality is excellent. Olivia is top of the line and Giacomo was a pleasure to meet and I must say the entire team was a delight. The food is amazing from the sandwiches to the Italian desserts and the arancinis are wow. I love this place and will be coming back and recommend this establishment to everyone. I hope they open a south shore location. I thank you for your hospitality and will see u soon… MAS

Very cool Italian bakers and coffee in Verdun , The coffee was great , the bomboloni was perfect , the pistachios filling was delicious. The pizza was very tasty and crunchy the tomato sauce reminded me of Italy and the ricotta so smooth. The team and the chef gave us very nice service. That’s why I give it 5/5 .

I have purchased ready made meals, coffee & pastries. All are delicious. The final test will be with a catering order that I've placed for 25 people for July. I got a satisfactory quote for what I'm ordering. So, fingers crossed I won't be disappointed with the food. Well the verdict is in!!! I placed a catering order for a bridal shower for 25 people. I must say the food was absolutely outstanding!! I ordered Arugula salad, Arancini, Penne pasta with rose sauce, Cheese platter, Sandwich vegetarian & meat. The presentation of all I ordered was beautiful. Guests came back for seconds, & third helpings I highly recommend Lido's catering services. For any occasion, Big or Small. Lovely local cafe on Wellington, service was super friendly, she helped explain things on the menu and was super attentive! Delicious sandwiches and desserts such as cannolis! Great place to read or work.

Lovely Cafe in wellington Street. They serve delicious and variety of Cannoli, the Pistachio one is delicious. The coffee was great! They have indoor and outdoor seating space. Check out their 'ready to go' meal packages , I have posted some pics, well priced. Fresh and nicely packaged ! Enjoy!

Omg they have the best canolli in verdun or maybe in Montreal also,. We did not expect that we were gonna have the great experience of canolli in this small cute cafe. But yess we strongly recomended this place if you craving for best dessert in verdun area!

Really impressed with this place. The owners and staff are very friendly. I had a focaccia sandwich with prosciutto and a bunch of other stuff and it was super fresh and delicious. Having just come back from Italy, I was craving Italian food and this sandwich hit the spot today. Looking forward to trying their tempting cannolis and Bomboloni. Recommend for sure.

Delicious veggie pizza and they have vegan arancini!!! Very delicious! Largest choice of cannolis I’ve ever seen : the cannolis are a must! Amazing quality and good price! Wonderful service by the owners and the employees at the cash!

Excellent café in a great location in Verdun. There are tables and chairs outside in the summer which is great. In the winter you can warm up with the heat of the ovens inside and it's nicely decorated. The food and coffee is fantastic and staff is really friendly. A must if you are in the area!
