Libro Credit Union - Branch

I'm a new customer with Libro in Belle River Ontario. I have been with a few of the "Big Bank's" in the past. I've had many problems with other Bank's. Everything from freezing my account, waiting for a cheque to clear, etc etc etc. Since my experience with Libro. I will never go back to dealing with any other banking institutions. They Libro has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you. Sandra

I am barely even a client yet. Just opened my accounts today. Libro credit was recommended by my boss/friend. When I asked why she would drive all the way to Belle River from Central Windsor she praised this financial institution for their grassroots/ family feel and their respect and consideration to their clients. After booking a phone appointment on line and speaking with Colleen I have no doubts this is the place for me to bank and invest my money and invest in my child's future. In process of leaving one of the big 5. I have felt more client "care" in 24 hours then in years of dealing with big banks. I will review again when I have been an "owner" for a while but as of now I cannot imagine my review will do anything but build more praise.
