One of the worst branch of TD. I have business account since 2014 and today 03/10/2024 suddenly this unexperinced staff wants to hold my cheque for 5 business days. I am finding best bank now to move my account. No more td
I wish I could give an experience but that is not the case as I was basically turned away at the teller and told I would have to call TD. Even after showing the mail in my hand from TD that said “if more convenient, You can also visit your local TD Canada trust branch for assistance.” Which was more convenient for me. My issue was not even looked into for 2 seconds - just pushed onto someone else’s lap..
TD Canada Trust has a convenient ATM within the bank and separated from the bank so that it can be open 24 hours. The machine offers ample choices of fund denominations. It works very well.
Extremely disappointed! It's the same feeling every time i go there. Thinking of switching over to CIBC.
Very helpful staff.
